Infrastructure Minister Catharina Elmsäter-Sword took recently the initiative to invite his Nordic colleagues to an informal meeting on cooperation on infrastructure. She wants to promote a seamless transport market.

The purpose of the informal meeting is to discuss solutions to common problems that will make it easier for people to travel as well as for companies that transport goods across our borders. The meeting will take place on Monday 27 May at the Ministry of Industry.
- I see a need that we are discussing how we can facilitate greater cooperation between our countries in order to promote a seamless transport market, "said infrastructure minister Catharina Elmsäter-Svärd. Are there technical, administrative or legal obstacles that impede this and if so can we find joint solutions?
